This Cosmetics /Makeup case is perfect for the beauty lover to ensure cosmetics can be stored in the one place, either at home or away.

Made with stylish rose-gold studs and finished with stunning rose-gold accents. Interior lining is black faux leather, superbly finished ensuring easy cleaning and durability.

Each side is an expandable, with the left side featuring 3 compartments and the right side 6 compartments. The internal closure is beautifully finished with a rose-gold frame and locking system.

The left side features 6 compartments, measuring 10.5cm (L) 8cm (W) x 3.5 (D) each.

The right side features 3 expandable compartments measuring 10.5cm (L) x 8cm (W) x 7.5cm (D)

Additional base section storage is 33cm (L)*18.5 (W) *13.5cm (D) with an available storage height of 6cm to easily hold jars and small bottles.

Our case is lockable, compact, super stylish and comes with a carry strap. 

In-store and Online

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Glow Cosmetics will only accept refunds if the product is faulty, it is not the product advertised by Glow Cosmetics or the consumer has had a medical reaction to such products.

Glow Cosmetics will not accept refunds if the customer has had a change of mind. However, after assessing your request, you may be eligible for a gift voucher of the same value. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you paid for your order using Afterpay, first contact us at devonport@glowcosmetics.com.au, and then Afterpay directly if necessary.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at devonport@glowcosmetics.com.au.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at devonport@glowcosmetics.com.au.

Shipping

To return your product, mail the parcel to: PO Box 909 Burnie Tasmania AU 7320. Addressed to Glow Cosmetics Warehouse.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
