Who packs and delivers my parcel?
Every online order is packed with care and love from our very own team located in Burnie.
Parcels are shipped out via the courier service 'Sendle' or Australia Post.
Estimated delivery time for all orders is 1-7 business days to Metropolitan areas. (Delivery times may vary based on location and the current Covid-19 situation)
When your order is processed through Sendle you will get tracking straight to you through your email each time it is scanned, this is a courier service and we do need a physical address, not a P.O box to post your order.
This is generally the service we used for metropolitan orders.
When we process a rural or 'remote' area's order we generally send through Australia Post. For more shipping information, click here.
Also please note that once your order gets picked up by a courier it is completely out of the Glow Cosmetics teams hands. We have no control over where the parcel is left on your property. But if you have any issues please contact us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will conact the courier for you. Or alternatively you can lodge a missing parcel request here for Sendle Parcels or here for Australia Post Parcels.
How long will my order take to be shipped?
Our staff work hard to process all orders as soon as they are placed. However, of course, they do not work 24 hours a day. For your order to be shipped on the same day it is ordered, it is crucial to place your order before 2pm on weekdays.
If your order comes through on a Saturday afternoon or Sunday, we will try to have your order dispatched the following Monday.
We endeavor to have your order shipped within 48 hours.
How do I track my order?
At the checkout, you are required to enter either a mobile phone number or email address. Tracking your item is a complimentary service provided by Australia Post and Sendle - this means you will receive updates to either your mobile phone or email regarding the whereabouts of your order. You can literally watch it arrive at your door!
Can I collect my order directly from a Glow Cosmetics store?

I wasn't home when my delivery arrived - what do I do now?
When your item is sent through Sendle your item will be placed in a safe place until you are home to collect it. If not it will be sent to your closest Sendle partner for safe keeping until you collect it. This is usually the depot.
All parcels sent with Australia Post will be sent back to your closest Australia Post Office or local news agency if you are unable to sign for your package. However, there is a 'comments' section at the beginning of the checkout process on our online store - here, you can choose to leave delivery instructions such as 'Authority to Leave Unattended' or name a safe place for your parcel to be left at your address. Otherwise, you will receive a slip in your mail box with the next steps to proceed with. You will not be charged a re-delivery fee if you are not home at the time of delivery.
Can I use my VIP Membership online?
Unfortunately, Glow Cosmetics' VIP System is for in-store use only. If you wish to collect points for your purchase please add your VIP number to the 'notes' section of your order so we can add your points at the time of getting your order ready!
Please note that VIP points can only be redeemed in-store.
I have a question and want a quick response. Who should I contact?
We have a team at Head Office that run all of our social media accounts and are fast on replying to your messages. We're not awake 24/7, but if you click the 'Chat With Us' button, we will reply to you as quickly as we possibly can. Our highly-trained team can answer your questions, whether it's about a particular product, a bug with the site or any queries about your order.
My order won't go through - what do I do now?
If you have any issues regarding the steps of your order, a payment that won't go through or an error with the website, click on the 'Chat With Us' button or email email@example.com and we will contact you as fast as possible.
