Who packs and delivers my parcel?
Every online order is packed with care and love from our very own teams located in Burnie and Devonport. Parcels are shipped out via Australia Post using their Standard Shipping service. Standard delivery time for all orders is 2-4 business days. For more shipping information, click here.
How long will my order take to be shipped?
Our staff work hard to process all orders as soon as they are placed. However, of course, they do not work 24 hours a day. For your order to be shipped on the same day it is ordered, it is crucial to place your order before 5pm on weekdays. If your order comes through on a Saturday afternoon or Sunday, your products will be sent out to you via Australia Post the following Monday.
How do I track my order?
At the checkout, you are required to enter either a mobile phone number or email address. Tracking your item is a complimentary service provided by Australia Post - this means you will receive updates to either your mobile phone or email regarding the whereabouts of your order. You can literally watch it arrive at your door! You can also add your Facebook account to your customer information and sign up for Messenger updates. This means that updates will be sent to you via Facebook Messenger from the Glow Cosmetics Facebook page. It's that easy!
Can I collect my order directly from a Glow Cosmetics store?
At this point in time, Click and Collect is unavailable on our online store. However, if you place your order over the phone using the number provided at the top of your screen, you can specifically ask our team to pick your parcel up in-store and we will be happy to do so!
I wasn't home when my delivery arrived - what do I do now?
All parcels sent with Australia Post will be sent back to your closest Australia Post Office or local news agency if you are unable to sign for your package. However, there is a 'comments' section at the beginning of the checkout process on our online store - here, you can choose to leave delivery instructions such as 'Authority to Leave Unattended' or name a safe place for your parcel to be left at your address. Otherwise, you will receive a slip in your mail box with the next steps to proceed with. You will not be charged a re-delivery fee if you are not home at the time of delivery.
Can I use my VIP Membership online?
Unfortunately, Glow Cosmetics' VIP System is for in-store use only. However, if your order value is over $20.00, email our Support Team with your Customer Number (the barcode on your VIP Card), your name and which of our stores you are registered with. Our team will be able to manually add your points onto the system. Please note that VIP points can only be redeemed in-store.
I have a question and want a quick response. Who should I contact?
We have a team at Head Office that run all of our social media accounts and are fast on replying to your messages. We're not awake 24/7, but if you message our Facebook page, we will reply to you as quickly as we possibly can. Our highly-trained team can answer your questions, whether it's about a particular product, a bug with the site or any queries about your order.
My order won't go through - what do I do now?
